If you want your visitor to see your comment form and comments, then go to Settings/General and uncheck "Users must be registered and logged in to commnet" option. Make sure you save your change. I checked your site. I can not see your comment form either because you set up your comment option to be “log in”. Only the logged in people can comment on your site.
